We have been in corporate housing. So far we have had our resident car towed that cost us 150.00 plus a days work all because they let any guest in without reserving enough parking for their tenants. In addition, the racoons from the wildlife refuge eat out of the garbage bin all night and fight and make so much noise that one cannot sleep.
Park Newport refuses to fix the problem as we have been complaining for weeks now. Their is no air conditioning so that one is not able to sleep at night when the racoons are in the bins all night. In addition, they are slow on fixing broken washers in the laundry facilities and the courtesy patrol charges 40.00 if you lock yourself out of your apartment. They will not discuss problems with you. They simply ignore you. This has been the poorest corporate housing I have ever been into.
Someone has been stealing laundry out of the facility and anyone seems to be allowed in. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.
They need management who care and they need to stop feeding garbage to the wildlife. All they need to do is put lattice up or lids on the garbage but they do not care.
