Has everything I come to expect while travelling on business. Spacious rooms, internet, pretty new and clean. Rather large property it seems as well. Not too much to complain about this one. Location is fine if you know where you are. In a large shopping center with plenty of quick eats and next to the freeway. Good stay if you have business in the Fremont/Hayward area. Right next door is a Courtyard and looks similarly built but usually Courtyards don't have large rooms like the Residence Inn.

Also recommended for long stays as there are kitchenettes with silverware and plates. Looks like decent dinnerware as well, not mismatched plates and forks. Much better stay than the W Silicon Valley near by.

This was a great place to stay for my family of 3. Check in was quick and easy. The pool was very nice, and the room was laid out well, and clean.. We had the breakfast each morning, which saved us quite a bit of money.. I honestly only have one complaint.. we made our reservation through Orbitz, which we paid for before our arrival. When we got hike,I noticed the hotel had charged us for our stay too.. it took 7 days to get my money back, after several phone calls,and being very persistent. They were very nice about it, but it was quite irritating.

I stayed here with my wife, baby, and father. The suite we had was alright, but dated. It still had popcorn on the ceiling and the carpet was ratty and had stains, which one wouldn't expect in a Marriot property. The doors did not close properly, the bed was too soft. They did not provide a sufficient amount of towels or soap. I requested extra pillows and a room near the elevator, neither of which was provided. The hotel was undergoing renovation and ther was only one inconvenient access to rooms. The hotel is in a nice area but about an hour from San Francisco.

I've stayed there many times over a 3 year period and found the facility clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The desk staff was also excellent. Exactly what you should expect from a Marriott and a Residence Inn.
