Very friendly staff, across a shopping center and close to wine train station, 20 minutes to V. Sattui a winery with a picnic area in front. They upgraded us from a queen bed to king and brought a pac n play for my baby to sleep in. i will go back again for sure!

The Best Western Inn at the Vines had great service! The front desk clerks gave us maps, tips, two-for-one coupons, and even shared her favorite places to visit. Not to mention a complementary bottle of Napa Valley wine. (It was a tripadvisor special!) The beds were on the firmer side but had plenty of fluffy pillows. The rooms are large, clean, and have mini-refrigerators.

We gazed longingly at the steamy hot tub but were too tired to make the effort. Breakfast was not really breakfast but coffee, fruit, and a granola bar. I was happy for coffee! The best part of this visit was the price of a room with two beds was $115, which is amazing for Napa.

Spent one night at the Best Western and have no complaints at all! The room was quite spacious and very clean. Had a great view from the second floor room. Everything was updated. Very pleasant and friendly staff at check-in and check-out! If ever fornunate to get back to "wine country", another stay at this property will be a must!!

We stayed at the Best Western Plus inn at the Vines during our northern California honeymoon. It was the nicest hotel we stayed in. Everything in the room was updated, giant TV, great wireless, nice bathroom, loved the king sized bed and all the pillows. We did not want to leave!

I would suggest putting wine glasses in the rooms, it is wine country after all!
