nice place to stay, good and clean rooms, lots of space. Mediterranean style. Wallpaintings were handpainted by owner! Beds are cosy. Little fridge in room. downtown is about 15 minutes walk. Restaurants around. Big street in front but not too loud. parking for free. TV in room. Nice city. Try the vietnamese restaurant in city center!

We booked this hotel very last minute for Memorial Day weekend. Everything else in town was either booked or costing $250+/night. I'm glad we found this hotel's availability for $150/night because it saved our trip, but I would not stay here again if I can avoid it. This place is definitely a motel, which is not the type of accomodations I look for on an otherwise luxury vacation. For a motel though, it had decent accomodations with large rooms, though the mattress was horrible, I couldn't fall asleep or stay asleep. Plus at check in time the manager made me feel unwelcome, he wasn't rude or anything per se, but something about his approach was offputting.

The female office manager at our time of check-in was extremely rude, we did not feel welcome, and got our vacation off to a bad start. She was on the phone when we came into the office (being rude), didn't acknowlege us, when she did get off the phone there was no greeting like "Hi, welcome to....How may I help you". It was "Do you have a reservation" in a not too pleasant tone. Unfortunately we felt obligated to stay there, and hind sight being 20-20, we wished we would have just said nevermind we will find somewhere else to stay. The website where I made my reservation is also very deceptive (which I did inform the rude clerk). When you make your reservation online the room description next to the "select" button gives the appearance that that is the room you are reserving, but it's NOT. The room was nice, cute, clean, and comfortable, but it was difficult to overcome such a rude unwelcome beginning.

This hotel is not what it looks like on the website, in fact its a totally different picture. The room was average but not worth what we paid. Not a good part of town.The women at the front desk was very rude. I asked for help with the tv and she got very frustrated like a child and treated me like an inconvenience. I would not recommend it!!
