I've stayed here several times and really enjoyed my stay for the first few times. It was my go-to spot in Morro Bay. However, I had a bad experience this time. Night after night for the first 3 nights during a 7 night stay, it was just constant noise. I could hear conversations in the next room as if the other guests were in bed next to me: every single word and whisper. It may just be certain rooms, but even with earplugs one night, it was still not comfortable.
That said, if you can tolerate that type of noise level, the hotel is very clean. And to be fair, the manager on duty (a male) was kind enough refund me for the remaining night's stays after he was unwilling to try to change my room for another night.
So I can't say if it's just certain rooms that are like this or not, but just be aware before you book here that it's a roll of the dice. If you're just coming into town for a night, bring earplugs, and you'll probably like it just fine. But think twice for a week's stay.
Internet here is very fast.
