This hotel is relatively new and it shows. The room was clean, spacious (king bed, pillow top) and vibrantly decorated. The bathroom was huge as well! The location is great because you don't have to pay the high price of being in the main downtown area, but the drive to downtown is only two min. from the hotel! The staff was also friendly. The breakfast was standard, cereal, muffins, toast, and coffee.

For the cost this hotel was good. Location was not the best but if you don't plan to spend all you time in your room, it is conveniently located for getting around town or up and down the coast. Could have been a bit cleaner found previous guest baby bottle in our room. Breakfast is typical hotel fare nothing special. You don't hear the highway or traffic even though you are right beside it, however every foot step from upstairs sounds like there dropping cement blocks overhead. Really didn't like the colors in the room, much to stimulating for the beach. It is pet friendly with a park for walking your dog.

Rooms very clean, close to beach, close to downtown Morro Bay, although it is next to the freeway, very quiet. Staff very friendly. Only drawbacks, if you need wifi, only worked about 50 % of the time and rooms a little on the dark side, low wattage bulbs ? Would definitely stay here again.

Policy says "24 hour canecltion notice required". Called 48 hours prior and still got charged. Manager wil not return calls for help even after 14 days since cancellation. Guess I have lost this one. Plenty of other places to stay in Morro Bay.
