The motel is clean and pet friendly. Not a bad location not great. My problem occured on the second night there. At two in the morning we were awakened by a large crowd ao young people checking in appaently next door and in another room. They proceeded to all shower and have a rollicking good loud time for the next two hours. The manager lived right above my room and did nothing to quiet the group down. The next morning I proceede to the office which I was right next door to and told the manager about my evening. She told me I should have let her know. There is no phone to the office and no one in the office after 9 p.m. No one who stayed at the Motel that night got a good nights sleep (I asked around) I can't see how the manager could not even say something the next morning to them as they were milling around the courtyard early Sunday morning shoutind profanities to one another. If the manager will not take charge at least she could have offered some recompence for the lack of management skills. Oh also no shampoo or bar soap is supplied. If your in the area try the Bayfront Inn.

Will DEFINATELY be going back! Darling little Inn, only 10 rooms so you get personal attention! Our room was clean, very comfortable, and the fully stocked kitchen and bath made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet, tv, in-room coffee made for a stress free weekend!

The best paint job inside, very clean well apointed and well looked after. The proprietor loves her job and there is nice artwork on the walls. We will always stay here when in Morro Bay. The rooms with a kitchen are very nice, and we like the convenient parking.

Our favorite place in Morro Bay. Staff was great. Walk to everywhere in Morro Bay. Only slightly more empensive than RVing...much handier. Lovely, clean well-equipped rooms. Pet-friendly
