We really loved this hotel. It was very nicely decorated on the inside and outside- very cute and very clean. The service is very friendly. Pet-friendly and very good rates. Cute mom and pop owned joint. The room has a TV with remote, table with nice, comfy chairs, big bed, vanity with chair, coffee maker, two night-stands, a dresser, and a closet. Our room had a kitchennette, complete with a gas stove, oven, microwave, mini-fridge, sink, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and dishes, and table & chairs. Very nice, quiet, and safe.

Carpets definitely need replacing. Furnishing and bed mattress need replaced as well. If your looking for rest won't get it here. It's not quiet and you can't tell wether it's night because it's so bright outside, it might be the rope lights (change the drapes to black out drapes.) OMG the shower was smaller than a cruise ship, couldn't even turn around. No air conditioning so YES it was warm. Place needs lots of updating, won't be staying there again.

Close to restaurants and shops of Morro Bay - could walk down the hill to multiple options and beautiful views. Rooms clean, yet simple. We had a room with a kitchen - well appointed. Would be great for a long trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely friendly people, room appropriaye to price and location. And great Xmas decorations. Can't ask for much more.
