We missed the sign on the cherck in desk that stated "nof refunds after checking in and no looks prior, because, it was filthy, with mold in the bathroom and dirty carpet and old TV and very cheap towels. We left a blue tooth in the room and never got a call back after asking if it was found, of course it was.

Room stank of body odor. Smelly, old bed spread. Shower curtain, greasy with scum hung by two rusted hooks. Tub enclosure coming up from the sub floor and you could feel dirty water trapped beneath as it moved under your feet when you stepped into it. No A/C. TV got about 6 channels and only 2 with sound. Bathroom grout was black. Nothing has been changed in this place for ten years. Old mattress, curtains, everything. Worst motel on this strip of Munras Ave. Any of the others would be a better deal. Avoid at all costs!!

Stayed here with the two children. No worries at all. Price was very reasonable. The room is very clean and no complaints. Slept with the windows open as no A/C in our room, but the location is very quiet and no one was bothered. They have many buildings, but our had no ocean view, no sure if others do. No pool was a disappointment for the kids, but a hot tub is there for the adults. However, the amazing city beach is a 5 min drive away and kept the kids much more entertained than any pool. Front desk staff is very nice and responsive. Free WiFi always appreciated. On site laundry was a plus. Overall, have no real complaints, great value.

I am all about value for the money. With my recent stay at this hotel I got just that. Average inn, no frills but for a great nights rest was worth my money. Sadly that isn't always the case. No breakfast worth killing, but I don't stay on hotels to eat their food. So I won't let that aspect drag the review.
