“iNCOMPETENT DESK CLERK”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 June 2010

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! ECONOMICAL PRICE! I pkanned a romantic getaway for my boyfriend and I and this was the perfect p;ace. Fireplace, balcony, jacuzzi tub, this room lacked nothing. Except once we had drifted into a good night's sleep we were awakened by this idiotic clerk who wasn't sure we checked in and spent 5 minutes telling my boyfriend we had to pay for another day! Then I got on the phone and she proceeded to tell me the same thing, I told her I had already paid and she kept asking stupid questions like my namewhen did we come and so on and on. Finally I told her to talk to the person who checked us in because she was disturbing us! Five minutes leter she called back to apologize saying she spoke to the person and that person hadn't signed us in or something stupid. Put the damper on an otherwise perfect day . Beautiful room though.

“Disappointed”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 March 2010 via mobile

The pool was slimey my husband and daughter both fell and hurt themselves on the first step, the jacuzzi was broken. We rented a suite and paid for a firelplace but the manager never brought the logs that were promised. The tv remote distance work and we were giving a sheet and told to program it ourselves. And to top it off the resturant was closed!!! Never again

“Horrible customer service!”

I am very upset with this hotel! I stayed for 2 nights and they charged my credit card when it was already paid with cash. I have left A LOT of messages with this hotel and no one will call me back. They have taken $180 dollars from me plus overdraft fee's! They have poor customer service!! I have talked to managers and associates but no one has answers for me. Watch out they are shady people!

“Clean and Quite!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 June 2009

Came upon this hotel while traveling on the 58. Compared to the hotels in this area I would have to say they are the best! Far enough away from the train and with the sound proof rooms you are able to have a comfortable nights sleep. Rooms are newly renovated which is a big plus! Pleny of parking for large vehicles

“A Touch of Class in the Desert”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 July 2008

This little oasis in the desert is just as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. It's resembles a miniature resort without the grand entrance. I think it must be a relatively new property.

The lobby is bright and beautifully furnished. Plenty of windows. Lots of sunlight. The corridors are wide. All inside rooms face the huge meticulously landscaped courtyard complete with gorgeous shrubs, palms, shaded picnic tables and a large heated pool.

The rooms are spacious and oh so clean! The bedding is way above average, and I'm very fickle when it comes to comfortable mattresses and pillows. Frig, micro, coffee maker, and continental breakfast which includes everything except "bacon". Our room was $80 ... can't beat it~!

They have a large bar area where you can have dinner. My husband had some sort of Mexican chicken which he said was okay. I had two skewers of shrimp. Ouch! Overdone. But, hey, we weren't there for the food.

At the front desk was Sam, very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
