I understand that for the price, the rooms were to be no frills. The room was clean. I understand the peeling paint, the peeling bathtub, the holes in the sheets. There was a coffee maker and yet no coffee. I did not like that the windows did not have a screen on them and that the AC pumped out warm air. The TV worked, but the RC did not. The continental breakfast consisted of a pastry in a plastic bag (that looked awful) and coffee/tea and juice. We had no clock in our room.

What was unacceptable was the front office staff. Edlin was rude, curt, unsympathetic, impolite, brash, and unhelpful.

With all that said, the GM was pleasant, and apologetic upon my checking out.

The room was filthy and grimy and the staff and management are cheap and inconsiderate. There is central heat and air that is controlled by the management at the front desk. It is set to turn on if the temperature gets above 78 degrees. When I called the front desk to speak to the manager about my hot room I was told that the manager was gone and could not be reached. When I asked how am I supposed to cool down I was told to open the windows. This didn't work well because there were no screens on the windows. I slept in a chair right next to a cracked window and woke up covered in bugs and sticky from sweat. When I check out the next morning I again inquired about the manager and was told that my message had been passed to him. I suggested a partial refund because of my poor nights sleep and was told that was not possible and that I should have done something about it last night. When I tried to explain that I attempted to speak with the manager and was shut down I learned that the manager was present the entire time.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, if you have any options then please go someplace else!!!!!

I just arrived after a long road trip and was tired. The Employee charged me a $20.00 deposit fee for a non-smoking room and I don't smoke. The maid service was really loud outside the next morning at approx 0530hrs yelling at thier co-workers who was gonna do what room... Didn't sleep well because carloads of people were in the parking lot BLASTING distasteful offensive music. Went on for approx 30mins. I reported this to the morning staff and the nameles female employee stated "it's not my problem, I wasn't here last night" I said this place is horrible and her response was :have a good day. she then walked off.

Stayed with my brother while on a motorcycle trip. Room was very nice, pool was great, price was terrific, located not far from a great Italian restaurant.
