Over all it is a nice hotel. There is a kitchen at room. Staff are very friendly. Only two problems:
1. the studio is small, and the big refrigerator is kind of noisy at night.
2. the breakfast is all cold.
I stay at this hotel for a month during biz trip. The bill is built up very high and the pre-authorization could not be released. So it quickly occupy all my credit. It is mainly due to my credit card bank. But I feel that they could do more to help me though they don't.
Finally I switch to Residence Inn in about 1 mile away. With the same price, I would prefer Residence Inn.

Just sharing that we stayed here in August 2011. It was very easy to find. The staff was very helpful and a gentleman by the name of Omar went above and beyond his duties to help us when checking in. The room was great! Everything was very clean and comfortable! Definitely exceeded our expectations. They were several restaurants in walking distance to choose from. The shopping complex was adding new stores while we were there. We defintely plan to go back. We loved this place!! :)

Everytime I stay at the Larkspur Landing I am greeted with a personal recognition by the friendly staff. The rooms are always clean and in great condition when I enter the room. I would reccomend the Larkspur Landing to anyone who is staying for one night or several nights.

Pros: spacious, wired/wi-fi, excellent bed and furniture, clean room with a ton of closet and storage if you're staying a long time, full-kitchen in executive suite, fast check-in/out, close to restaurants, highway

Cons: slightly dated kitchen and tile work in bathroom, but unless you expect 5-stars for a 4-star hotel, this wasn't much of an issue. Treat all foodstuffs in room as extra charge. I ate a bag of trail mix from the "welcome basket" which had no pricing, and was charged $3.25. Frequent propane/gas smell in parking lot due to propane station next door.
