This was our first stay at a Staybridge property. We were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff and the how clean the hotel was. They even sent up a bowl of fruit to us as a thank you for staying with them. They have a small store there, where they carry some of the necessities of life. in case you forget or run out of shave cream, or get hungry in the middle of the night, they even have snacks. The small store is right in the lobby of the hotel. They serve a complementary breakfast in the mornings and there is a little bit of something for everyone. We had scrambled eggs and sausages - the eggs had a bit more butter in them than what we were used too. All in all a very clean and warm atmosphere. The desk clerks were very courteous during our stay and greeted us as we come in and out of the front lobby each time. There is no place to have weekend dinner on site, but there are plenty of well known restaurants close by. A sign in our room said that they do serve some dinner on certain week nights. But not on the weekends. The only concern we had was the fact that you can hear heavy walkers above you. Some guest above us were very loud when they walked across the floors. We tend to walk softly ourselves, knowing that we could make noise too. The room has a small kitchenette in it, with a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink and they even supply dishes and cooking pots. Everything was clean and in the proper order and place. If you don't want to eat out, they have a few frozen foods in the 24 hour store that you could microwave in your room. We will plan on staying there again when we are in the area - we will ask for a top floor room next time and preplan it by calling the property ahead of time. A nice place to stay - very quiet even on the weekend we stayed.
