This hotel is a very pleasant surprise. The remodeled rooms look exactly like the photos (not always the case) and they are spacious and nicely decorated. It is handy to BART and Cal-tran and there are plenty of restaurants an easy walk nearby. There are also drugstores and supermarkets across the street. The shuttle to and from the airport was better than at larger chains so all in all it is a great vaue for money.

For an overnight layover at SFO, I cannot imagine a better hotel than the Dylan.

The pillow-top beds are just as comfortable than the airport Westin where I'd stayed a few months earlie; it's literally minutes from the airport (the first stop of the shuttle bus); the staff were helpful and polite; rooms are spacious and clean; and if you have enough time to go into town, there's a BART station almost directly across the street (I'd planned to go into the city for a few hours before my early morning flight the next day, but was too tired... One way fare is, I believe, $4.25).

It's also a fantastic value, less than a third of the price of the Westin. I was very impressed and 100% satisfied.

This is a basic motel - recently changed from a Travelodge to The Dylan. Stayed twice - with a very early morning flight & very late night arrival for a long trip and cheaper than airport parking (I took BART to/from as my flights too early/late for BART schedule) - easy walk to/from BART - even with luggage. Shuttle service to airport was timely & efficient both times. Check-in was efficient & friendly staff. Room was clean & decor as expect of a basic motel. Good value for price. Breakfast starts at 6am so if very early flight - miss it. In-room coffee & safe.

I came in by bus from Monterey to the SFO airport, and flew out very early the next morning, so I took the hotel shuttle both to and from the hotel. The front desk was very accommodating and got the shuttle to the airport quickly, and the 5am pickup was on time and the drivers on both were very nice.

The bed was SOOO comfortable, the room was cheerful and fairly well updated. I refer to the noise as people kept running by the door and you could hear every footbeat, and my room faced traffic. The price was good, and there was complimentary coffee and OJ in the lobby though I left too early to take advantage of the free continental breakfast. I would stay here again.
