stayed here for a conference and so glad I did. Excellent staff, rooms and hotel in great shape. Airport shuttle is complimentary. Great place for meetings and layovers. Outside of that, if you have a rental car it would be ok, not much in the immediate vicinity to do.

I was going to SF for a quick weekend trip with some friends. We were up there for a football game. This location was perfect. It was about 15 minutes away from the stadium but more like an hour away on game day. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. So comfortable that when some rude people were really loud in the hallway at 12:30am I couldn't move. I was too comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Just back from San Fran and my first stay at this hotel. It has a nice scent upon entry and well- dressed and well-mannered staff. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Throughout the conference I noticed staff made sure they made eye contact with you and were attentive to your well-being.

I have two caveats - one was that I was not informed of the Green program (receive $5 vouchers for being 'green'). I learned of this program from a colleague on my last day. The other caveat was I rang the Front Desk on two occasions and didn't receive a response. I hung and waited a few minutes and tried again and was able to reach the Front Desk staff. The Business Office scanner was down temporarily when I and some wanted to use it so that was not helpful (hey, its technology, life happens).

There was a seawall across the street which was great for walks mid-day and watching the constant traffic of air traffic at the airport was nice break also.There are not too many restaurants in short walking distance to the hotel.

The airport shuttle service was efficient, courteous, and professional.

The room was well-appointed with a nicely-sized desk and office chair. Internet access was available from one's room in blocks of time ($4.95 for 6 hours) which suited attending the conference workshops and sessions. Wireless access was available in the lobby but that access speed was woefully slow (you get what you pay for). The bed and linen were just right. The hotel looks a little worn but nice nonetheless.

The heated pool was a welcome way to start and end the day.

The food was very well prepared and I appreciated the extent to which the staff were willing to go to meet your needs.

I look forward to a return visit in the summer.

All the previous reviews give an accurate flavour of this hotel. It's not a place you would stay, except on layover at SFO. In that regard, it's convenient. Free shuttle (tip the driver >=$1) every 15 minutes through most of the day and every 20 minutes throughout the night. The hotel furnishings, carpets etc... are dingy and the bath tiles mildewed (SPG Floor) but there is a somewhat stylish heated outdoor pool. Foodwise, an ugly 5 minute stroll across flyovers and interstates takes you to an In-N-Out burger where a double-double with fries and shake will set you back 1,650 calories. There are other establishments in the plaza, although they all look calorie-packed also. This is a hotel for flight crews, so if you see the entering the shuttle, enter last, so you're off first. Otherwise, you've got quite a few people checking in ahead of you.
