The is a somewhat dated motel, but very nicely maintained and clean. Bed comfort was average and room was average in furnishings and decor. Breakfast buffet was abundent and tidy with fresh choices. For the money, this is a great place to stay in Manteca.

A pleasant surprise after reading the previous reviews. Everything was above average. Room was comfortable and had high speed internet. Property was quiet and staff were friendly. Great value.

This was decent motel. We were in a pinch and needed a room. I had read the reviews on here and was very nervous. But when we got to the hotel, it was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was acceptable.

The only negative thing I could say would be that the door to our room was thin. When the neighbor couldn't decide whether or not to go to bed or wander around, was the only noise we heard.

I would stay here again without hesitation.

Standard off the interstate Comfort Inn. Asked for a quiet room but was given a room by the swimming pool and apparently the manager's apartment with noisy kids. Otherwise the facilities were clean, typical room size and just average in decor. Wouldn't avoid but will not seek out next time. Stayed here due to holiday weekend and couldn't get any closer to Yosemite Valley.
