It's hard to give 5 stars. It means the service was great, room exceeded expectations, location was ideal. Well, the Hilton Woodland Hills fits the bill. I arrived very late in LA after a flight cancellation and other delays coming from the East Coast. The front desk team and valet greeted me like a long lost friend. I was upgraded to a luxurious room. The concierge staff, as others have stated, were helpful and very friendly. The next morning I needed to quickly get to a meeting but could not find my car parking ticket for the valet. I had three wonderful young men working quickly and efficiently to find the right car. Oh, and the location is really great - close to malls, not far (but far enough) from the busy 101, and tons of great restaurants within a few thousand yards. This is not my first time at this hotel and it won't be my last.

Great hotel, great location. The only thing I didn't like is parking. You have to pay for your parking. Also the room doesn't have a Refrigerator. How can you live with out a Refrigerator??

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Concierge Lounge for an evening appetizer and beverage where I met Rosie our concierge lounge host. As I was staying at the hotel for several nights I visited the lounge 2-3 times. Rosie was absolutely wonderful - cheerful, professional, attentive but also knows when to leave you alone. She made sure that I new where everything was and that I was taken care of and comfortable. Just a delightful person. So if you are staying at this hotel and have concierge privilages make sure to stop in as Rosie will make sure you have an enjoyable visit.

Nice rooms, accomodating staff...Here for 4mo for biz and am totally satisfied. Particularly the convenience of the free shuttle (Maurice and Glen are great!) and the main reason for this review, the evening concierge, Rosie, in the exec lounge. Friendly, sweet, helpful, the whole gamut. Exactly who you'd want to be greeted by after a day's work.
