I recently stayed here and was very happy. I made the best decision not to go to the Marriott Warner Center because the Marriott charges for everything.. like Internet and Parking which can add up. This Holiday Inn property provides free Internet and Parking and is only three minutes from the Warner Center. It has a Trader Joes right next door for great food values as well as a Whole Foods a few minutes walk down the block.
The best part is that the staff is the friendliest and they make you feel very welcomed and appreciated. I also found the rooms to be spacious and the bed very comfortable.
No need to pay for overpriced hotel rooms elsewhere.

Stayed here for business trip for two nights and was very pleased with location,room,etc. Staff was very helpful and accommodating during my stay. Breakfast was very good with the buffet. Bed and pillows some of the best ever slepted on in my travels and room very clean.

Only stayed here for one night, but I have to say, the service was outstanding. We have 2 four year old boys and one of them was sick with a stomach bug. We called them at 9am (no joke, that early) to see if they had a room ready as we had a sick kid and were on the road, they said of course!

They allowed us to check in SUPER early, and gave us a room with a fridge, right next to the room where we could do laundry. We NEEDED that laundry room as again, we had a sick little guy. Totally appreciative for the staff of this hotel for making a VERY difficult day, that much easier.

Now, on to the room. WATCH OUT! The toilet, when flushed, sounded like a jet had just launched from our room to Mars. Seriously. The hotel is older and FEELS older, but it is VERY clean. The non-auto air conditioning/heater is old school. There is a LOT of freeway noise, but I like freeway noise because I guess I am a city guy.

Bathroom is small. If you have kids, be prepared. No kids channels on the tv. My wife liked the shampoo, conditioner and soap. That is saying a lot. Beds were actually really comfortable. Or maybe I just passed out after a tough day. No, I think the beds were comfortable and so were the pillows!

Within a 1 minute walk you have Trader Joes and Paquito Mas (Mmmmm)

This is not a resort hotel. It is a clean, safe place to stay if you need it. If you want your hair to smell nice after a good night sleep, go for it.

I stayed here while a family member was having surgery at the nearby Kaiser Permanente hospital and it was very convenient. The hotel offers a discounted rate for family of Kaiser patients and also has a shuttle to and from the hospital, if needed. The walk is 15-20 minutes. The room was quiet, comfortable and genuinely smoke free. There is a Trader Joe's next door. The staff were courteous and helpful.
