Pros: Humungous suites, on premises Bliss Spa staff, expert concierge, sweet large HD televisions, unstuffy to the max
Cons: Room service food has sharply declined over last year (get a new menu for heaven's sake), the new gym is so-so, the location is only good for UCLA, what's with the room service trays not being picked up in the hallways?
Maybe I've stayed here too many times in the last three years, but I'm getting less and less enamored with this W property. As long as you've never stayed at a W before, you may not mind these things, but after the 5th or 6th visit, the gimmicks lose their charm, the inconveniences are glaring, and the food is so lousy you'll be able to swan around like all the other underfed guests.
