The smell in the room was not healthy, the bathroom was full of dirt in the cormers, the matress had a big brown spot and we stopped wondering what it might have been. The beds were full of bed bugs and after 6 weeks my wife and daughter still have dozens of red spots all over her body. The fat reception employee is absolutely not willing to put any effort in helping people. The location looks great but we were advised not to enter the street after sunset. I strongly recommend to never to book a room in this horrible hotel. Even the cheapest jungle hotels on Sumatra (Indonesia) we slept in had higher standards.

This hotel is disgusting. The minute I walked in I wanted to leave. The room was filthy. The carpet was stained and had cigarette burns in it. I looked in the draws and there was a pair of jeans someone had left behind. I would never ever stay here again. I’m not the fussiest person I just like things to be clean. Don’t waste your money here. I found Holiday Inn's really nice to stay in.

When you're used to sleep in the subway this hotel will be your choice, almost identical!
Bed bugs are all over the place, we stayed here for only one night but even that was too long for us.

For over 2 or 3 days after our stay in this hotel we were itching. Horrible experience we never hope to experience again!

Stay out of this hotel, and maybe even stay out of Los Angeles,... there are better places in California to stay. Drive a little more southern to Carlsbad for example, much beter hotels and great ocean view.

We'll never visit Los Angeles again, crime city #1 in our opinion.
Too bad we didn't make foto's of the room, so you could see for yourself this is horrific.

We had a good stay at Dunes on Sunset, the location was absolutely brilliant - Sunset Boulevard! Short drive to Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. The room was clean, bedding was ok. 24 reception is helpful, nice easy motel accommodation.
