friendly service, clean rooms and quiet. The people that I dealt with were very friendly, and the rates for the room were very fair for the area.

This hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. It is close to the freeway, but not too close (no noise). We didn't use the pool or spa, but they appeared to be very clean, and if the weather had permitted I would have jumped right in. Also, there are great little coffee shops and restaurants close by. We will definitely stay at this hotel again while visiting L.A.

Good value -- very comfortable pillows and bed, decent rooms, great tub/shower head and water pressure, friendly staff, on-the-ball for the most part. I'm a musician and work long night hours and the staff respected my daytime do-not-disturb sign (except for one or two days where the housekeeping staff parked their cart right outside my door and talked loudly to each other all morning from 7AM on. That drives me crazy. They should always assume that someone may be sleeping -- not everyone works 9 to 5... Another bummer was that my family had an expensive flower arrangement sent to me c/o the hotel -- and the staff didn't let me know this. By the time I found out three days later (my sister-in-law called to see if I had gotten my "surprise") the flowers had just been sitting at the front desk the whole time (with my name and room number attached) and were mostly wilted. Just wish they had left a note on my door or something. Dang. Would stay here again though -- like I said, good value and solidly good rooms.

This is no 5 star hotel by the typical standards but for the money it sure was!! Everything you need for a "budget" traveler, we pd 89.00 a night with our AAA card.. A typical Comfort Inn except the staff was super friendly. They couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, no complaints. I felt very safe . The breakfast was simple, waffles; cereal, yogurt, fruit. Not much in the immediate area, but it was a short trip up the road to access the freeway, worth every penny!
