Recently stayed at this hotel in Hollywood. The guide book in the room mentioned that the pipes were old and, sure enough, the toilet backed up on day one.

Apart from the pipes the vanity in the bathroom needs attention and the random hours at the office are not helpful.

We stayed in the Parisian suite for 4 nights with our family of 4, This was a perfect haven from the hurly burly of Los Angeles, it was good to have a well appointed designer kitchen and to be able to have the choice to dine in our rooms if we wanted to. Our host Brogan was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully designed and decorated, although starting to suffer a little wear and in need of maintenance in some areas. Nevertheless we felt privileged to be staying in such a beautiful designer apartment. The location is perfect as well - a short walk from the main part of Hollywood yet far enough way not to be part of the hustle and bustle. Our car park was roomy enough for our SUV but I could see that other parking spots could be a bit squishy. If you have a medium to large car ask for the Parisian suite which has the parking spot right off the street and next to the entrance.

I stayed here for a week and loved it. The bed was confortable and the bathroom well appointed. The kitchen had everything necessary. Right around the corner from Roscoe's chicken and waffles, yum. DO rent a small car however as when they specify the size of the parking space they are not kidding! The owners are lovely and the neighborhood is quiet.

I highly recommend it.

Stayed in La Petite Suite which is small (as the name would suggest) but perfect for two.
We were able to check in early for a small fee which was welcomed after the long flight.
The bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept in, and the whole place is clean with good use made of the space.
Located in a residential area, and a short walk to the Hollywood Blvd and close to public transport.
This was far better than a non descript hotel.
Comfy, homely and great value in a good location. It was a pleasure to return to each day.
Highly recommended and would stay here agian without hesitation.
