The rooms in this little motel are decorated in 1950s-60s eclectic funk. It looks a bit doubtful from the outside, and the room did not impress me when I first opened the door either. But I stayed here five nights and found it clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a good shower with plenty of hot water. Also, everything worked, including the wifi, TV, refrigerator, microwave, iron, drawers, and locks. The service is good and the management is friendly and helpful. Judging from the parking lot containing a large, black mercedes sedan and many expensive SUVs, quiet a few people who probably could afford a better looking place stayed here. My five-year-old Subaru was the oldest car in the lot. If you don't mind kind of funky, mish-mash decor, this motel should do you well. If a really nice location is a must, you'll probably want to look elsewhere. This motel is located south of Santa Monica in not the finest L.A. territory. But it's only about a one-minute drive to the I-405.

Needed somewhere to stay between LAX and Venice Beach and this probably wasnt the best choice location wise as there isn't much around.

Host was nice enough but stuggled to pick up my Australian accent. Room was pretty dark, floors were average and my bathroom window was very flimsy.

Overall ok stay but I would recommend looking elsewhere

our room was dirty, the floors were sticky, there were dirty panties from a previous vistors which shows how much they care and make sure their rooms are clean. towels were dirty and could not get any new ones until the next morning. horrible customer service by the manager. i would not recommend this motel to anyone who likes clean rooms and good customer service which we deserve if we are paying customers. They also had some druggies rooming there to. i had some drunk guy invite me to his room and it was only 7 PM i had to call my husband to go outside with me. I would just imagine if it was after hours and i was alone. Not for families are girls getaway. Horrible stay

You get what you pay for at this "Inn." The dresser was missing drawers, the television remote did not work, the floors were "sticky", the coffee table unclean, and the hotwater was hit or miss. Also, there were some "hourly" customers. Not a family place. However, If you are staying in LA with some friends it is probably not that bad. it is close to the Culver City shuttle that will take you all the way to Venice Beach. Also, the coffee shop 'Rumor Mill' across the street is not to be missed.
