Unrivalled location by beach in Venice. Walk to boutique shopping and superb restaurants. Comfortable beachy rooms and friendly welcoming service.

Our reservations were lost by an upscale hotel so got a room here. It was slightly off the beach by one block, but still had a great view of the beach and sunset from the rooftop patio. I was on vacation with my 29 year old son and we had a great time from this location. We also saved several hundred dollars a day staying here. It is quaint, clean and secure. The units have a full kitchen so we saved even more on fresh brewed coffee. There is a small grocery on the corner of the block. Definately for bargain hunters or those that just like a laid back place with all the amenities. I am taking my daughter out there for New Years and will definately book this place!

If you are looking for an expensive but filthy hotel right by the beach and love to find all kinds of hairs and stains on your bedsheets - this is the place for you! We could not wait to leave this place! Even though the close proximity to the beach is convenient, you will stumble upon homeless people on your way to the beach and the whole area around the hotel felt very unsafe to us. We were utterly disappointed because it looked very nice online and it had many good reviews. There is no question in our mind that those reviews must be fake. Safe yourself this bad experience and book a hotel that might not be so close to the beach but cheaper. Rather spend the money on parking if you want to be at the beach during the day.
