They reserved me a two bedroom condo for me but when i got there all the condos were under renovation!!!! ?????? WTF? I couldnt get another room anywhere else due to it being a saturday. They wanted full price for two rooms instead. Which turned out to be more than the cost of the condo!!! More by $47.00!!! They took my reservation and did a "bait and switch" on us. This was on my wedding day and it was for my in-laws who flew in from overseas. I was embarresed to say the least. I
Will NEVER use this hotel ever again. Did i mention the blankets had holes in it from cigarettes in a non smoking room??? Rooms smell bad an odor of musk, and after you sleep there once your body feels icky, sucks here get better rooms for the same price everywhere else!!!

“Not the best or worst”

Stayed one night as part of a tour packge. Cafe was closed, not much on amenities and the rooms are older. Our room safe did not work. Breakfast opened late and rushed through. Considering the age of the Hotel, not the worst service or conditions but would not book the hotel if I were doing it myself. Staff did seem to try but always ran out of the complementary offerings.

“Too LIMITED”

I was extremely interested in using this service, but when it came time to book the trip for the 7 members of my family, I was rejected with an error saying I can only book with 6 or less. So what, one of us should stay home? Thanks for nothing.
