The Saharan Motor Hotel is not first class but is clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly and a free breakfst offered daily. not a lot to choose from but enough to get you going. rooms spacious and clean and we were able to get extra pillows and blankets. Walking distance to Hollywood BVLD. pleanty of fast food resturants near by as well as a supermarket and 7/11. This hotel was booked from Australia through the interent and the communication was great. We had no worries staying here. we even tried and suceeded in staying one night on our return to LA without booking first. A good clean small hotel with free parking. You only need a clean close place to sleep and this is it. Thanks for a great stay.

We found this hotel and booked on the internet from Australia. We arrived early morning via our Airport shuttle, everything was ready, booking was correct, and we wre in a comfy bed 20 mins after we arrived.
If there is a downside it is only that you have to climb a set of stairs to reach the upper level, but it is NOT a major issue. In our room we had a queen bed and I think a single.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to the "Walk of the Stars" nearby to a large supermarket and several eating places, and we think it is good value for the money. It is NOT the Ritz, but it is not a dump by any means! We will definitely stay there again.

We wanted accommodation near West Hollywood and with parking facilities so we chose the Sahasran. We booked a quadraple room and one with kingsize bed. Both rooms are of identical size and the quadraple room is really too small to sleep four.

The keys to the one of the rooms didn't work each time we returned to the hotel and that was annoying. Other than that, the location was convenient.
