This is a good place for a couple day's stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool area looked clean though we never used it.

As a women business traveler this hotel had everything I needed on property. Great business center (they even have a Mac). Great, healthy breakfast options included in the stay.

Have stayed here three times within the past year, and the experience is consistently wonderful. The entire property is well-maintained, from the rooms to the landscaped grounds to the underground parking garage. Lobby staff smile at you and genuinely care about providing friendly, professional service. Rooms are well appointed, with kitchens, large-screen televisions and space to relax. Morning breakfast service has good selection, and the buffet and dining areas are kept full and clean by attentive staff. If you need a hotel in the Palo Alto / Los Altos / Mountain View area, this is the place to stay.

I stayed here for just one night recently, but this is a great option for extended stays. The hotel looks brand-new/ recently refurbished, there's a good free breakfast and the rooms are spacious, well-appointed and clean. You'll need a car (which is pretty much the case for any bay area hotel). The front desk staff helpfully called a cab for me in the morning and were generally quite friendly and efficient.
