Very nice hotel, extremely convenient to Long Beach airport. Good shuttle service. The pool looked really beautiful.

One night stay. Their website doesn’t give credit for just how close they are to LGB. Very nice, well equipped property.

I was given a corner room (extra windows!), which was clean and highly functional. Concierge Lounge was meh, but had wine/beer/etc. in evening, good continental breakfast in the morning.

I did ask for some help from Housekeeping with a new tie… needed the clasp moved. The Director of Housekeeping herself came out, and I suspect she did the stitching herself. Outstanding… She went above and beyond, and wouldn’t charge me. I really appreciate that sort of commitment

Starbucks in the lobby was open early, so that was great.

Good hotel… next time in the area, will happily return.

Stayed here for one night, Dec. 17 2011, for my husbands company Christmas party. Room was clean, pretty spacious and nicely decorated. All employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Didn't get to check out the sportsbar or cafe they had but a few people who were also there for the christmas party said they had good service at the sportsbar.

Visited the Starbucks and the gift shop, no huge problems just a few minor. My husband went down to get some much needed aspirin for me the next morning and the gift shop does have a $10 minimum for card purchases, not a huge deal though we just charged it to our room. Only other thing that was wrong, my husband ordered me a drink from their Starbucks and they got it way wrong but, what they made I happend to like too so we both got lucky.

The food they served at the party was pretty good, nothing I'd get over excited about but good. Bar service they provided was OK, seemed rather pricey at $8 a drink too by the way. Would of been nice had they actually gave us the option of ordering well drinks though but eh whatcha gonna do.

Just the ticket for the solo traveller. Kind staff, big rooms, good service, good food. A well stocked newstand too! Can't ask for more of an airport hotel. TIP! the room service is VERY fast. I was told 20 minutes for breakfast order, so was in the shower when the knock came on the door!
