Parking is 15. Staff is very cheerful and helpful. You can walk to the pine ave district or take the free shuttle. Gyms big. Free breakfast and wifi for hhonors silver.

I was on business tour few days back in CA, as a all time hilton lover i expected a comfortable stay at the hilton this time too, but it was unexpected and dis appointing that the room air conditioner was not working... soon after knowing the problem i made a complain to the hotel staff who said that i will be assisted shortly, but i never new it would be so short that my stay of 2 days got finished and still there was no one who could come and solve my problem... It was a very bad experience which i had.... i informed the on duty manager that this was the case, and he just said sorry this will not happen again... overall a very poor experience i had, and will not prefer hilton next time i visit CA.

Being a HILTON hotel i expected a lot from it, but there were minor problems which ruined my stay. The AC wasn't working in the hotel and the staff was also not listening to my complaints that well and neither could i experience any prompt response from them regarding the same.
There were other minor issues regarding the kettle not working and problems with the bathroom spouts.

Had everything that I generally want - free WiFi, self-parking ($17/24h), iron, fitness center. All very nice, but not a stand out. Would stay again though if the Hyatt is booked out (like it was this time).
