The good: The room was mainly clean.

The bad: Where to start... No locks on the windows, this did get resolved within 10 minutes.
No room service. We had to ask for more towels (2 sets) we were given 1 single towel for the tub floor. We asked for room service the second day, we only got 2 towels and 1 facecloth. They turned off our fridge. So it was warm when we got home that night to put water in. The breakfast was coffee orange and apple juice. bread with an option of toast and 2 cereals, with milk. The walls are paper thin like another person commented. We heard the person beside us talking at 4am. Its also noisy as its on a Hwy and has a school behind the hotel.

We reserved a room here to be close to the harbor. We arrived and were checked in quickly and somewhat gruffly. Our room was a standard room with a jacuzzi tub. There was a queen bed and where a second bed is normally located, a large jacuzzi tub had been installed. Since it was there we checked it out. It worked well but was a bit noisy. The bed was great. The TV was an old tube style. We settled down for the night about 11:30 PM. The room above us was very noisy and didn't stop making noise until 1:00 AM and then promptly started up again at 4:30 AM. We would have liked it much better if it had been quieter.

Staff rude, extremely loud at night didn't sleep 3 out of 4 nights Walls like paper and on the sat night people outside the office till 6-30 lying drunk on floor shouting and screaming staff did nothing wen we called desk.. we had to in the end which is unexceptable. It ws the worst hotel ever stayed in.. Room cleaners looked at me like rubbish and ignored me wen I asked a question.. Rude rude rude!!

We booked as a cheap option before taking a cruise next day. The area is not great if you do not have transport. The room, linen etc is tired and basic. Not sparkling clean but passable. Front desk gave us early check in.
