When we got there they had no record of my reservation. We get off the elevator and the floor slanted down. Be careful how you walk. We did not have a King bed and the room smelled of complete smoke. The phones didn't work in the room, so I had to walk down to the lobby to get another room assignment. The front desk person was very cooperative and assigned another room. We go back up to the new room, open the door and inside it is a construction site. Good thing, I have a sense of humor and just laughed. We had to go back downstairs (carefully might I add) and I negotiated a lower rate in order for me to stay. The place is under construction and it should be duly noted when you book this hotel. I do have to say the beds are super comfortable and great. I am sure when the place is renovated it will be nice. When we got to the room, they had some very nice, big, ripe Bananas.

Came into the hotel to see what they were charging after the Holiday Inn across the street wanted $149 and were rude to boot!! Stayed here for work for 3 days with my company at $89 a night. First off, the rooms are all suites so there is a nice living room and then a bedroom to spread out and relax. The staff at the desk was great especially Evette who helped me with directons and checked me in. The breaksfast there is awesome. A chef is there cooking eggs however I wanted so I had something different every morning. The breakfast spread is great and would be $20 at a restaurant. It was great to be able to stretch out in the room and do work in the evening. Spoke to the manager 2 mornings during breakfast as he was talking to the guests making sure everything was ok during my stay.

Aug. 2011: This was a good place to stay while I visited the area. The Front Desk help were extremely helpful, very nice and courteous. Very clean hotel. Our room was very clean also. We had a great room, beds were in one room, sofa in the front room, pocket door in between both rooms, which was perfect for my daughter, she could watch her own TV. The breakfast was superbe: there was a cook!... I was pleasantly surprise with the breakfast: great variety, clean and great food. For the price we paid the room, the breakfast was included... It was well worth it. The pool was clean, we spent everyday at the pool.
