Everything about this hotel was perfection! This was our first stay as we were visiting family in the area. The buffet breakfast each morning was as good as it gets. The decor beautiful and interesting, beds comfy, great location. Near freeway, but not near enough to get freeway noise.

I have been staying here for years.. very consistent product... extremely friendly staff rarely changes over the years which should tell you something!! free drinks at happy hour in the lobby after a long day in the office, fresh baked cookies at night and a hearty buffet breakfast each morning to get your engines running.. home-away-from-home feel.. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. great value for money in Irvine Spectrum area.

I have stayed here many times over the years - visiting family at Leisure World/Laguna Wooods down the street, as have my family members, siblings, cousins and aunts. It is hands down the best hotel in the Laguna Woods area - comfy/homey feeling with all your creature comforts - free huge buffet breakfasts with make your own waffles, an omelette bar, and anything else you can think of for breakfast; on weekdays a complimentary wine and cheese reception; cookies every afternoon; free use of hotel computer; heated outdoor pool; microwave and refrigerator in room, free parking, free shuttle to and from John Wayne airport, and an unbeatable friendly hotel staff that is dedicated to serving the guest impeccably. Our first contact was with Minnie when the hotel first opened, as she was offering discounts for people visiting Leisure World, and she has consistently been the most gracious, courteous, and personable professional you can find in this industry. The Manager, Vince, is also tops, and frequently shows up at breakfast to say hello to guests. I love that they seem dedicated to keeping employees happy too, as I have noticed many of the same employees over the years - really a nice family business. Classical music and art and decor make it unique and I look forward to many returns.
