We were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful breakfast offered, really exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and customer service was great!

It's been one year since our last visit. Sadly, things have not improved and we will not be staying here again.

PROS:

LOCATION: As I said in my last review, we love the location. That hasn't changed.

ROOM DESIGN: It is large and clean, so props for that.

CONS:

SMELL: Though this place is billed as non-smoking, as with our last stay, there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke, this time upon exiting the elevator on our floor (fourth). Unfortunately, our room was close by, so the smell got into our room a bit. There was also another odor in our room that made me want to sneeze.

STAFF: Hit or miss. The person who checked us in was just fine. The person who checked us out was not (see below).

BUSINESS CENTER: Unbelievably, the printer, which didn't work last year, wasn't working again. When I informed the clerk of this, she responded by saying "it's been working ever since I was here." She seemed very defensive, but to her credit, did allow us to use the office computer to print out our airline tickets, though I got the distinct impression she was not happy about it. She was not very pleasent when we finally checked out.

All in all, this hotel has been going downhill, and this was our last stay here.

The room was clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were soft, breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accomadating. I would stay her again, for sure. Not walking distance to resaurants or shopping, close to freeway on ramps. Good place to come "home" to after a busy day at Disneyland. Nice and quiet.
