Room smelt musty, just about clean, decor and shower room not just tired, they were exhausted, which is what we were when we arrived late after a 14 hour bus trip from Siem Reap. So we stayed the night and next day found 'Above us only sky' so checked out. The staff were not interested, didnt seem to notice we had been at all. We wanted a few days rest and rrelaxation in a lovely room with a balcony, Coasters was not it. Overpriced

Coasters was a last choice for us, a lot I'd other places being fully booked. We stayed two nights for usd$25. Rooms were very basic,
- sheets had holes and pillows were lumpy - and overpriced, location is quiet but couldn't actually swim at the dirty, boulder strewn strip of beach out the front. Food was average and overpriced, but for me it was the service that was their downfall. We had laundry done here even though it was pricier than around town. On the morning we left we were given our wash and I found my own expensive bra was missing and another was in it's place. I know mix ups can happen but from the staffs reaction it was obvious that it had been intentionally swapped with a similar one hoping I wouldn't notice. We had 15 minutes till our bus to leave arrived and they were only willing to give 6 dollars as recompense. In all my travels all over Asia ive not met more dishonest people and I'm not one who usually writes reviews. There are plenty of better options on serendipity.

Very expensive place, but the location cannot be beaten in Serendipity Beach. Right on the water. We were able to haggle the price down a bit, but it was still a bit to pricey

Got into the town around 9pm at night after a bus trip taking almost twice as long as it displayed, checked out a couple of places but they were both full so ended up at Coasters. Padlocked bungalow which was overpriced and small compared to what else was available with no view. Good location however with a short walk to the main beach, restuarants and bars.

Wound NOT stay again...
