We were forewarned about this place by friends and Trip Advisor. Let's just say that while things were not as dreadful as I had feared, it is not someplace I would visit again or think of recommending to a friend. First of all, when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon, only one of the pools was open- and the water was barely tepid- not very enjoyable or relaxing for a late winter afternoon. When we left the next morning, we were told that the pool- covered and with steam escaping, was not open in the morning, even though check out was 11 am. The jacuzzi was somewhat warmer, cleanliness- well, you just don't want to think too much about it. The rooms themselves, though dated, were fine- seemed clean enough. This place costs about a hundred a night - not outrageous, but considering the less than spa quality facilities, not worth a second visit. The restaurant, the only one in town, is pleasant enough and the wine is cheap, but the owner would do well to consider at least including some kind of breakfast with the price of a room to make it more attractive, if she is not going to invest in upgrading
