This wasn't a bad choice for an affordable place near LAX. Big room with large bed and couch, plenty of cable channels and good wifi. I LOVE the soft blanket on the bed--we slept very well here. Shower was a problem because it took forever to get any hot water to come out! Soap and shampoo are terrible too. And the breakfast was just a few glazed donuts and some Cheerios, nothing else. But I did very much appreciate the free parking underneath the hotel--felt safe leaving my car there, and the place seems pretty safe in general. Nice Chinese staff, pretty good value overall.

this place was so nasty! there were bed bugs! my children and i had to pack up in the middle of the night shaking out everything! there nasty bed bugs! and we told the front desk, the lady and her husband tried to act like they didnt know english when we asked for our money back! the lady from the front desk came in the room and even picked up the bed bug with her hand and said no i dont know what it is! maybe you brought it! you will be fine! im calling the health dept and pray this nasty shi** gets shut down! after putting my foot down and not backing down we finally got our money back from this nasty room! its in a nasty area! a nasty town! and feel sorry for all the people who live here! you should stay at the best western down the street its wayyyyy cleaner with free breakfast! i would really love to see this royal century boarded up and burned down! maybe some 1 will sue them!! and they will deserve it!

There is nothing wrong with the service but the room itself is terrible. It is old and horrible condition.

the hotel is super close to the airport. our room was on the third floor. for $55 it was surprisingly large, and i think all the rooms in the hotel have balconies. i also enjoyed the free wi-fi and HBO! my friends and i also used the pool in the mornings. Breakfast wasn't anything too special... milk, cereal, pastries and donuts. the staff was really helpful ! i will definitely be back if i need a place to stay near LAX.
