If you like smaller resorts, this is perfect. There are two pools, one with bar service. The food in the restaurant is fresh and delicious. The service in the bar is spotty. Our room is nice and decent size, not overly fancy, but comfy. The grounds are pretty with fountains and beautiful plants, flowers and trees. The location is convienient and there is nearby restaurants and shopping. The Indian Wells golf course is right across the street and is gorgeous. I recommend a room on the second floor if you want a private patio. The first floor patios are small and not private.

Dirty old needs renovation concierge only works till 5pm??? Poor customer service. Took Spa 26 hours to return my call for appointment. Pillows are stained shower head broken phone didn't work lamp didn't work ....

I attended a work meeting here for 2 days in July of 2011. The hotel is located in a beautiful area so it's a nice get away from the city. It was very hot in July, about 109 degrees so it was perfect to go swimming or to relax at the bar and enjoy a cocktail. The hotel also has a family pool and an adult pool. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking is either valet or you can self park close to your building.

Target is about 3 miles east of the hotel I case you need something and there are plenty of restaurants within 5-10 miles. I can't wait for our meeting again this summer, this hotel is wonderful!

Also, since I was staying for a corporate event they gave me a special rate to stay a few more days.

What beautiful grounds! Excellent food to be had at the Grove Artisan Kitchen too... Hopefully you can get some nice weather and enjoy the pool, though I think it's a tad odd to have the public pool be an area just off the Well Spa.
Great golf in the area of course - bring your clubs and hit them straight!
