We recently stayed at Hotel Healdsburg while on a biking trip. We happened to stay at this hotel one night before the trip started and two nights at the end of our trip. Because of this, we stayed in two different rooms. The hotel is modern and open. Our first room was Premiere King with a small balcony that over looked Bear Republic Brewing. It had a huge soaking tub. Our second room was on the same side of the hotel, but it was on the third floor and was a Standard King. It had a balcony, as well, but no tub. The extra room of the Premiere King was nice. The beds were extremely comfortable with a featherbed that made for a very sound sleep! Street/bar noise did not seem to be a problem, but we did sleep with the air on, which was a little loud, so it drowned out any outside noise. The bathrooms are sparce and not well lit. The shower is open to the whole bathroom and the floor gets quite wet after a shower. The small bar area was simply stocked. Rooms were clean. The wifi was a little weak. The breakfast was great and the women serving breakfast each day were wonderful! They even remembered my hot tea order after the first morning. The location of the hotel could not be better. Cute shops, excellent restaurants, etc...are just outside the hotel. Everything is within walking distance! I would certainly stay at Hotel Healdsburg again.

We splurged a bit to stay here, but if you want to get a flavor for downtown Healdsburg there is no better place to stay. It is convenient to several good restaurants so you don't have to drive after your wine! Great food and interesting shops, wine tasting, and galleries all within a short walk around the square. The rooms are well appointed and the bed very comfortable and plush. The valet parking is prompt and very friendly and courteous. In fact all the staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast will be more than you can eat, a good variety including yogurt, salmon, capers, pastries, and all very good. You can order mixings with your scrambled eggs by the chef! We would stay again for sure.

whats not to like about this hotel. the rooms are spacious the ambiance is relaxed and it has a lovely pool area. We ate in the restaurant and had a fabulous meal.
breakfast is simple but well prepared and my only gripe is that a hotel of this quality does not offer espresso's and cappuccinos at breakfast but follows the annoying habit in american hotels of serving stewed coffee from a pot!
we also used the hotel bike service and cycled around the vineyards which was a lovely way to spend a day.
the town of healdsburg is compact but a great place for good food and good wine. we will be back.

I stayed for a business retreat and what a great place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are roomy and have everything you need from snacks and water. Breakfast is included and very good. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, wine tasting rooms and cute shops. If you have not been to Healdsburg you need to go. It is a quaint town and far more friendlier than St. Helena or Napa. The hotel has great meeting areas. We were in the Carriage House which is off the driveway. There is an outside area to have lunch. Very nice set up except that you do get some of the outside noise and an invasion of flies, I would come back.

Everything looks and feels incredibly good in that property, that is why we were amazed from the moment we arrived. Modern, but clean, not overwhelming decoration.
The rooms are huge and have everything you need, and more. Bathroom is probably the nicest I've ever been.
Location is top notch, a few yards from the main square (Healdsburg is a very nice place, by the way) and the main restaurants.
Breakfast was pretty decent and we also dined once at their restaurant (but the comoarison was hard since we ate the night before at the Chalkboard), which we enjoyed.
Did not need that much helo from the staff, but everything we asked was promptly done.
I did not find it noisy at all, but we did not stay in a room facing the patio.

I highly recommend this place
