My wife and I stayed at one of the Modern Cottages and had a FANTASTIC time! We were sadly only there for two days and one night, but we're hooked and hope to stay at the Modern Cottages again. We spend a day enjoying wine tastings around Healdsburg and then enjoyed a long evening relaxing at the cottage and sitting on the deck with wine and coffee. Later on, we went to one of the most delicious and fun dinners of our life.

We visited the Modern Cottages in the off season. Having done that, I'll recommend it for any time of year. Thanks for a great stay!

Just spent two nights in the "Charles" cottage. What a great fun location this is right in downtown Healdsburg off the square. Fun funky decor, love the red neon lips over the fireplace. Huge room, with an even bigger bathroom. Wi-fi worked great and had the weather been a bit warmer we would have definitely used our little patio.

One complaint, we had a coffee maker and cups but they neglected to provide the coffee. That little detail would have made the stay perfect.

The cottage are a terrific value if you want to stay downtown.

I love Healdsburg and these cottages are fun - but for the money - a little more attention needs to be paid to the guest. Check in is at an art gallery with no more than here's your key.
The cottage needed light bulbs replaced, the fireplace needed servicing and sadly our housekeeper walked off with our winetasting glasses we scored that day. The owner should take more care to insure everything is right for $300 a night.

We stayed in the cottages for a special weekend get away. Although the check in process is a bit unconventional (need to check in at an art gallery nearby), it was also unique and fun (which was a great theme during our entire stay). We were warmly welcomed by their staff when we arrived and the entire check-in process was seamless. We stayed in the Charles cottage, which had a unique high end, contemporary decor, but also was extremely comfortable. The room had a nice fireplace, a fantastic comfortable bed and a big bathroom. The cottage also had a beautiful patio situated in a garden off the front door which we found perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine. We found the location to be ideal, situated couple of blocks off the main square made for easy access to downtown Healdsburg, but was also far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We did not experience one issue with the cottages during our stay, would highly recommend them and we will definitely stay there again (hopefully soon).
