TERRIBLE!

Filthy dirty. BIG hole in the bathroom wall. Water leak in bathroom meant a LAKE of water the entire time.

Half the lights didn't work. DIRT and GRIME everywhere.

Neighbors upstairs sounded like they were throwing bodies against the wall all night.

Special odd touches:
* Soap on a hand tissue in a plastic basket (like you get with hot dogs). Once you open the soap, the tissue sticks to it and creates even more mess.
* "Breakfast consisted of stale bread, stale mini waffles and Eggo's! Yes, Eggo's! Only instant crap creamer instead of even milk (let alone half n' half).
* Everything seemed to be half broken: the battery cover on the TV remote was gone; half the framing on the mirror was torn off. Etc!
* Toilet took five tries to flush. Otherwise, everything just sat...

This place needs to be reported to Dept of Health. I was afraid to take a bath there and now feel like I need Head to Toe disinfectant.

Got a non-smoking room for 3 nights (mistake, will book one night each time from now on so won't get stuck because of the no refund policy).
Room does NOT have cigarette smell but hall way does. There are acutally signs that say this area (hall ways, any place outside of room) allowed smoking. The bedding is old but not worned enough to show holes, missing iron board, one broken wall lamp out of 3, lamps are very dim and light bulb is not energy saving type, latch lock on door is broken, tiny fridge is NOISY, bathroom area look clean and simple (carpet does not look good, dust collects all around wall.......WILL NOT BOOK ANY FRIEND TO STAY HERE ANYMORE.

I booked a room online for low floor request, didn't get it. I being handicapped had to go up 3 stories. Ask to change room...manager very rude, would not do it.
They take a COPY of you Drivers License and keep it. That seemed shady to me. Asked why and they said it goes to coorperate office. Never had a hotel ask for that info, and also make a copy and keep it. That was strange!!!
Place was NOISY all nite! SMALL ROOMS! They closed the free breakfast early too!!!! So we got NO BREAKFAST. No coffee in lobby like they say online. TOTALLY A FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Would not recommend to anyone.

I stayed here two nights ago, and I liked it, it was reasonably priced (hotels in Oakland can get pricy during the week, I notice, I guess because the prices in 'Frisco are even more expesnive!)
I had a clean room, and I didn't hear a lot of noise when I was.
I would stay here again, if I ever need to be in that area again.
