Well its my first time staying in a Hilton. To be honest I was a bit disappointed. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comphy (nothing special). It had dated old popcorn ceilings.The room was a fair size with a lil desk. I really enjoyed the pool the hot tub and the view. Airport shuttle service is a nice plus.
Here is a few things you won't find. No microwave, No safe to keep valuables, and no mini fridge. I find this a bit strange. Most motel 6 have these things.
So really no bang for the buck. Just another hotel with a over rated name.

Overall I am pleased with the room - good sized room, very comfortable bed and amenities etc. However, there is nothing much around the area. Perhaps management can make it a little more cosy by offering say coffee/ tea/ breakfast take-outs for guests who are mostly business travellers.

Staff are nice enough if not that knowledgeable about the surroundings - however this was compensated with giving us a map which we then worked out ourselves.

The rooms are not big (at least the one we were given) but we did request a room high up facing the Hills and they did come good on that. Overall can't complain.

The 1/18-21/12 business meeting was clearly enhanced at this pleasant facility. Hats off to the pleasant, helpful and professional staff at this Hilton; especially Javier Romo, and his colleagues Alberto, Ernesto, Daniel and Ramon and his staff in the banquet center. Front desk "director of first impressions" Amy also a top notch representative of this facility AND what a smile - great! Spacious, quiet meeting rooms, first class sleeping rooms (with fabulous views if you are high enough), "delicious" restaurant with nice brunch and excellent service, protected underground parking and quiet surrounding park-like gardens (in the middle of Glendale). Get there when the place is quiet though or be patient with the poor access to the unloading area. Pehaps this tiny area should not permit taxi and valet parking. Overall "SUPER and hats off to the GM who has surrounded himself with kind winners.
