Stayed here recently for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the service and quality. Excellent food (called in room service while on a conference call) and quick turnaround. The bar area was nice on the evening I arrived and breakfast was the usual Embassy Suites buffet. Parking was underground a tight but otherwise enjoyed the stay.

We just went to a visit a friend in Glendale and stayed here because it was in the neighborhood. We were pleasantly pleased.

The staff was very courteous and always went out of their way to help us. The rooms were clean.

The complimentary breakfast and drinks and snacks in the afternoon were a nice treat.

The location was convenient for sightseeing with being out of the way i.e. not smack in the middle of L.A. with local restaurants to choose from and get to easily.

My son loved the waterfall and koi pond in the hotel lobby with the fish and turtles.

My son's only complaint was the pool - but you know what, they had a pool, a hot tub and a fitness center and they were well maintained. This hotel is mainly for meetings/conferences and the pool and hot tub suited our purposes nicely! I knew I was not paying for a four star resort and was very pleased.

Rooms are nice, but some have know problems and management refused to work with me. The lack of service when you need it was discouraging and after you check out they hope it all goes away. Mr. M. the manager at the time did not follow up on his promise to contact me. Stay somewhere else if you can as the noise in one room and the heat in the other were very uncomfortable and customer service is poor.
