We had the 2 room suite with 2 bathrooms, which is a must for a large family. The room was very clean. The breakfast had healthy options and some gypsies for the kids. They loved making theirvown waffles! We were celebrating birthdays, and the staff sent cookies and gallons for our daughter, and she was so pleased! The staff was polite, and the cleaning staff made my daughter's stuffed animals nice and cozy on the pillows when they cleaned ( we even took pictures). My only complaint is that they weren't willingbto budge on prices, while other hotels that I had called were willing to drop their advertised rate a bit. So we paid a little more, and it was a splurge, but it was worth the extra money.

Usual clean, bright and cheerful Residence experience. It's a relatively short and pleasant walk to the convention center.

Probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Loved the clean smell of the sheets. The bed was very comfortable, I have a Tempurpedic at home so I'm very particular about the comfort of hotel beds. Guest service at the front desk and breakfast was awesome. I felt safe parking my car in their parking lot at night. I also left my cell phone in the room and they shipped it to my home asap. No complaints at all. It was overall a great say. I will not hesitate recommending this hotel.

Fantastic place to stay - big clean rooms with a kitchenette and a decent size bath. The hotel's pool and spa were clean and an added bonus for us, as was the close proximity of shops/restaraunts just across the road. The real high point of this hotel was the excellent customer service we received. For example, we arrived quite early and wanted to check out late, and the staff arranged this without a problem. In fact, nothing was a hassle for any of the staff at the hotel - they were all very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
