We had a very nice 2 night stay at this hotel. The location was great for all attractions in this area. We attended the Rose Bowl and also visited friends while there. The room was clean and attractive and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay at the Marriott Fullerton for 9 nights and we had a terrific experience. Thank you everyone including Gabriel, Lucy, Nick and Teresa - The hotel is super clean, quiet (the U was closed for the Holidays) and breakfast was affordable for this type of hotel.

We made a last minute reservation at this hotel - and were very happy with the room and the amenities. The check-in was smooth and the room was very clean and very comfortable. The only real complaint I have is that Marriott is one of the few chains that still charges for wi-fi service.

I have stayed at this hotel two times before going to Disney Land with my family and have received horrible customer service each time.

During my first stay a few months ago, a fire alarm went off and everyone was evacuated from their rooms. Over an hour later, we were notified that it was permissible to return to our rooms without any explanation for the entire ordeal. I later found out from a fellow guest that the fire alarm was activated due to a guest raising the spa temperature too high. The lack of explanation is unacceptable customer service etiquette.

During my second stay, my car was parked near the front entrance of the hotel and was broken into over night. We were not notified by any of the staff during the next morning of our broken window. After going back into the hotel and telling the concierge about the incident, all they said was sorry. They didn't call the manager or help us in anyway. When I proceeded to eat breakfast, the waiter said that the breakfast would be "free" but my hotel package already included a free breakfast. This is definitely the straw that broke the camel's back.

I have been to many Marriot hotels and have received excellent service every time, except for the Fullerton Marriot at Cal State University. As a Las Vegas native, I know what good service is and I must say that the staff here display terrible service. I am not going to stay here again and would recommend for those that seek good customer service in a hotel to do the same.
