My husband and I arrived at the Courtyard after a very long, tiring trip to see a family with a critical illness. The shuttle driver met us at the airport when we turned in our rental car; we then asked for a restaurant recommendation, and he took us to the front door of the Restaurant across the street from Marriott. He told us to call when we finished dinner and he would pick us up...(which he did promptly)! Before we left the hotel for dinner, I requested a refrigerator...when we returned it was in the room. Very courteous and efficient staff. Would recommend it to anyone traveling to Fresno and needing a hotel near the airport.

Marriotts is convenient and they always tray me like they know me.

I spent two nights and I was very pleased at the friendliness of the staff. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and you feel at home. This is the first time in Fresno and would definitely go back to this hotel. I think it would be nice, a room renovation.

The hotel does need to be upgraded and can use a little of the new amenities that other Marriott's have. But I am truly surprised at the friendliness of the staff. I have stayed at this hotel often and have seen quite a few different front desk workers and they have all been very helpful. Thanks for the hospitality!
Also.. the housekeeping staff should be recognized for always doing such a wonderful job in the rooms.. every time I left my room I came back to a brand new clean room and that's one thing that I really appreciate..a Clean room!
