We've stayed here more than once, ONLY because of the location. It's close to the Radison Hotel, and we have attended a dance event there for several years over the May long weekend. If we were too late to get into the Radison, we've used Super 8 as back-up, ONLY because it's very close walking distance to the Radison Hotel. The last time, will be the LAST stay at Super 8.
They double charged us for one of our nights, and they were refusing to give us a credit on the charge from the hotel. Instead, they were insisting they wanting to call Hotels.com and tell Hotels.com that we only stayed for one night, to have THEM reverse the extra charge. Since it was the mistake of the hotel, we were not willing to let them call Hotels.com and lie to them. We also wanted to get our points credits from the online booking, since we always use them.
As for the rooms... well, our first "suite" consisted of having the bathroom broken up into 2 rooms. A lovely toilet in one large bathroom, across from the window. And, then you needed to walk out into the room area, and over to another room to get to the tub/shower, and fridge. (??? weird!) That room came with a complimentary dead moth on the bathroom floor. We asked to have our room switched to another "suite". If you are looking for extra space for your family... don't pay extra for a suite (if you insist on booking here ;) -- a suite just means that you get a couch squeezed into the room, and a fridge, and a microwave. Our second "suite", the towels in the bathroom had a few long black hairs hanging off them (ewwwww). No one in our family has long black hair.
The bed is not very comfortable. The pillows are horrible (although everyone's personal preference on pillows is different).
If you ask at the front office for pool towels, they will send you out to track down the maids, and get your own. The customer service is lacking, to say the least.
We won't stay here again. Ever.
