Not a very nice area and not good value for money even if the rooms were ok. They were nothing special compared to other motels we paid the same price for.

Stayed with wife and teenagers, average looking motel booked two rooms and when we arrived they only had one room in system, problem was solved quickly, friendly staff. Rooms were ok, hotel hall and room smelled like a nursing home, until we sprayed some frebreeze. Area south of hotel is not a nice area, barb wire on property wall of motel and some shady characters near motel, probably would not stay at hotel again because of area.

This is a nice hotel located somewhat in the middle of Fresno. The prices are decent, and the hotel is what one would expect from a well run place. Rooms are clean, breakfast was pretty extensive, rooms are pretty spacious (even with two queen beds, there was a decent amount of space at the end of the room). For the typical traveler, it's a nice place to be...nothing extraordinary, but it's great for a nice stay.
