My husband and I stayed at the Case Ranch Inn to celebreate his birthday the weekend of March 12. This was the first time that we had visited the Sonoma area. We've visited the Napa side of wine country several times, but decided to give Sonoma a try.
We were so glad we chose the Case Ranch Inn for our accommodations. Diana was a lovely inn keeper, and very knowledgeable about the wineries and the area. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations and even made the reservations for us. What great customer service!
We stay in B&B's as much as possible, even when traveling with our two teenagers. The Case Ranch Inn was one of the most comfortable, quiet and charming places that we have stayed at. The entire inn was spotless, the room was spacious with a big bathroom and closet, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was a huge plus to have a mini-fridge in the closet (my husband always has to have cold water to drink!). I believe we were in "Kathleen's Room." I took a peek at the other rooms, and they all seemed to be about the same size.
The room rates were extremely reasonable and the breakfasts were fantastic. I don't know what she puts in her coffee, but it was so delicious I had to have at least three cups every morning!
I have to give Diana a huge thanks for finding my PJ's that I left in the room. She called right away to let me know we had left them, and then mailed them to our home within the week. The next time we go to Sonoma, we will definitely stay at the Case Ranch Inn!
If we had to provide any recommendation for improvement, which is very minor, we would say put a little larger TV in the room. Most B&B's don't have TV's or fridges, so we thought these two amenities were great. The Case Ranch Inn is top knotch and we will definitely recommend it to our family and friends!
