Service was friendly.
The room (202?) was comfortable and clean but a little noisey on Saturday night.
We went to a bible conference around the corner from this hotel so for us the location was great.
Small fitness room with only one treadmill and one stair stepper.
I recommend Koto Sushi (45 Auto Center Dr.)
It was too cold for swimming but the pool looked inviting.

I usually like Hampton Inn, and I found this one to be okay . . . nothing special. We stayed here three nights/four days as we were in the Laguna area to help a sick friend.

Our check-in was quick, and the clerk was very nice. Like the other staff members with whom we had any contact, he was always smiling and always took the time to say, "Hello" or "See you soon." (when we left). I thought that was very nice.

Except for the bed linens, the room seemed a bit worn. Grout was missing in the bathroom, and some of the wall paper was puckered and peeling. The carpet was clean but worn. Because we had 2 queen beds, the room seemed cramped. The AC kept going on and off and on and off, and that woudn't be bad except that it disturbed our sleep.

We did have a refrigerator and microwave. I had to keep fiddling with the knobs to get the refrig to keep the drinks cold.

Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn stuff - cereal, muffins, toast, fruit, waffles and a hot selection daily that included omelet (pre-made things), eggs, bacon, ham, potatoes. The one day they offered the potatoes, they were not completely defrosted, so they were cold and yucky.

I like that they offer coffee, hot chocolate and tea 24/7.

Near the hotel is a shopping area with a number of restaurants, theaters and shops.

My husband and I are very happy with the way the night shift handled our confusion with the hotel next door. I come from the Hilton and would recommend this Hotel due to its staff 100%. Thank you!

We stayed here for a few nights while some work was done at our house. We stayed at a Hampton Inn last Summer while driving through Ohio and the experience was very nice and we expected the same. We were not disappointed. Everyone was super nice, including the guys installing new carpet in the hallway. The daily breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of items (even a to-go bag if we were running late). The hotel was very clean - even the pool - and comfortable. It is conveniently located and priced lower than most of the others in the area. The mini frig and microwave in room were handy. The only improvement I would like to see is higher end televisions in the room. I highly recommend this hotel!
