This is a two story, four room inn. It is located on a corner, and the office is the cashier counter in the convenience store around the corner. Tight parking, though we never had to park anywhere other than the front of the inn.
We were pleasantly surprised. Everyone was quite friendly, there is coffee, tea, water, and hot choc available whenever the store is open, free for guests. The room we had was on the second floor and it was very quiet. It is decorated in a Victorian theme, of course, to match the town. Lovely oak furniture, older, but comfortable Victorian plush chairs to relax in. A pretty comfortable bed, but the pillows need improving. There is a lovely, small oak desk located under one of the windows-good for writing those postcards or watching the people go by, or getting ready for your day. TV/VCR/DVD player. Two nightstands. Lighting is good. Bathroom/toilet is in bathroom, with sink outside. Plenty of towels, decent. Basic bath products. The closet alcove has several hangars and a fan, use it! Board/iron.
Place is kept clean. Only thing I noticed that could use a little attention is the white steps going to the 2nd floor-they need painting, and cobwebs removed daily. There is a wooden bench you can use on the 2nd floor landing.
The store/inn is for sale. Hopefully someone will buy it and keep it going.
